Classes for intermediate and advanced groups

They are continuously held throughout the year. Although we practice in a group, we work with everyone individually with an opportunity for individual consultation. The progress is individual, depending on the personal motivation and the time devoted for working on one’s own self.

It is necessary to complete the beginners’ course in order to follow the programme for intermediate groups.

Complex physical exercises (asanas) are practiced, as well as breathing techniques, concentration and meditation.

We work on becoming aware of our emotions and thoughts, insights about what makes the thinking, becoming aware of the weaknesses, fears, complexes and overcome them; becoming aware of the qualities and skills which help us develop a positive attitude of ourselves; that releases our inner energy and we get the strength to realize our goals or overcome a disease.
