PROGRAM:
THEORY - LECTURES:
- Shatkarmas – physical and mental hygiene techniques for better health and releasing patterns of behavior and beliefs that limit your abilities and talents.
- We create the world we live in. If we live in accordance with our divine nature, then we create a harmonious world of love, respect, connection and beauty. Awareness of the power of creation that we have.
PRACTICE:
– Meditations – sitting and moving – insight into the nature of the mind, awareness of thoughts and emotions, entering a state of conscious presence that connects you with the divine.
– Mona - remaining in silence (not speaking and inner silence) – Asanas Body Positions, pranayama (breathing techniques) and relaxation. We will practice outside, in nature.
Hotel "Molika" – Pelister, Bitola
It is located at 1350 m.a.s.l., located in a pine forest, Molika.
PRICE OF HALF-BOARD: ᴥ 1890 den. in a double room ᴥ 2190 den. in a single room
You pay for the accommodation directly at the hotel.
RECOMMENDED MENU DURING THE SEMINAR IS VEGETARIAN. Alcohol consumption is not allowed.
DURATION: The seminar will begin on Thursday, June 11, at 6 p.m. and will end on Sunday, June 14, in the afternoon (around 4 p.m.).
We start work at 7 in the morning and work actively throughout the day. Around 10 pm we do evening meditations.
Registration is by payment of SEMINAR FEE:
- EARLY REGISTRATION until April 30, 2026:
4500 den. for regular members;
5500 den. for other participants.
- 5200 denars for regular members until May 30, 2026
6200 denars for regular members after May 30, 2026
- 6200 denars for other participants until May 30, 2026
7200 denars for other participants after May 30, 2026
If participation is cancelled until May 30, 2026 50% of the registration fee is kept, and after May 30, 2026 70% of the registration fee is retained.
Transportation is by own cars or by taxi.
